  • Functional Flow

    In this class, Dominique combines vinyasa, core, and mobility exercises to enhance your balance, strength, and flexibility. The practice focuses on finding stability and comfort through precise alignment and mindful movement. As you develop physical stability, you may experience positive impacts on your emotional well-being and nervous system response. Muscles are evenly engaged to maintain poses with steadiness while releasing tension and strain, creating a sense of ease, fluidity, and strength. The practice encourages a dynamic yet grounded and expressive experience within each pose.

  • Power Flow

    This class is typically heated Vinyasa (flow) that intends to press the edges of your endurance, builds “true” core strength and balanced flexibility. Dominique will safely guide you through a series of shapes that challenge your default way of being. you will experience added core and mobility exercises that make a positive impacts on muscle restructuring.

  • Any Body Any Where

    Movement is meant for any and every body. we are not meant to be stagnant. Yoga is adaptable for any age young to old. Together we are stronger. There is a modification for you. No excuses, your only up against yourself.
